Claim: NDTV poll of polls survey of the upcoming Telangana Assembly elections 2023 predicts a victory of the Indian National Congress party.
Fact: NDTV clarified on X (formerly Twitter) that they have not carried out any poll of polls survey, and that this graphic is fake. Hence, the claim made in the post is False.
To learn more about the viral claim, we performed a keyword search on the internet. This search led us to a tweet of NDTV which also contained the same viral graphic. NDTV categorically denied carrying out a poll of polls survey and urged people not to spread fake news.
This makes it clear that the graphic being shared is fake. Additionally, the Assembly Elections of Telangana will be held on 30 November 2023 with the counting of votes scheduled to be held on 3 December 2023.
To sum up, NDTV has not carried out this purported poll of polls survey which projects a victory of the Indian National Congress in the upcoming 2023 Telangana Assembly Elections.
