A journalist named Manish Pandey had also tweeted this video mentioning the person’s name as Vibhrat Chand Kaushik. When we searched for more sources using these keywords, it is found out that the ‘Aaj Tak’ news channel had published an article reporting the details of the person who was scolded by UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. This article confirms that Yogi Adityanath scolded Vibhrat Chand Kaushik, a prominent BJP leader from the Gorakhpur district in Uttar Pradesh.
According to the details reported in the ‘Aaj Tak’ article, on 28 November 2021, UP CM Yogi Adityanath attended the closing ceremony of the ‘Sansad Khel Spardha Mahakumbh’ event held in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
