Claim: The video shows a baby reciting the Quran on an Indian idol show

Fact: A parody channel edited and uploaded the video by combining clips from different reality shows along with the baby’s voice reciting the Quran in the background. Hence, the claim made in the post is FALSE.

On performing a reverse image search of the keyframes extracted from the video we found that the same video is uploaded by a YouTube channel Andri Sundaisme. Upon examination of the close-up version of the viral video on the channel with the same claim, it became clear that the baby wasn’t singing at all. Instead, she was observed holding the microphone and sitting while placing it inside her mouth. Moreover, the video description indicates it’s a parody, and we have observed that the channel consistently posts similar parody content. Additionally, a few videos include a disclaimer emphasizing that it’s for entertainment purposes. We also found that the baby in the viral video appeared in numerous videos with different outfits.

On further research of the keyframes, we found that the segment showing the reactions of actress Neetu Singh, and singers Himesh Reshammiya and Neha Kakkar is from an episode (here and here) of the Indian idol show where judges got emotional by watching a tribute video to Late Rishi Kapoor played on the show.

We found that the segment of Bollywood actor Salman Khan is from a show named Das ka Dum hosted by him in 2018 (here and here).

To sum up, this video shared as a baby reciting Quran on an Indian idol show is a parody.
