Fact: The video was not taken in India. It is related to a show at Shuangqing Bay Park in China. Hence the claim made in the post is FALSE.
When the screenshots of the video were run through Google Reverse Image Search, a couple of Chinese fact-check articles related to the video were found in the search results. The Chinese fact-check articles published in 2019, when the video went viral with another claim, can be read here and here. The articles have attached a clarification from the Hangzhou Internet police regarding the video. In the clarification, it is written that the video is related to ‘War of Shunchang’ theme show in Shuangqing Bay Park, Fuyang, Anhui. When searched with ‘War of Shunchang’ keyword, a similar video was found on YouTube with the description – ‘Best Fountain-ShuangQing Bay Water Show Theatrical Show ShunChang Battle’.
Also, when we searched with a few related Chinese keywords, many similar videos were found on the Chinese ‘Tencent Video’ website. Those videos can be watched here [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6].
