Fact: The photo shared in the post shows the ‘TV9 Bharatvarsh’ opinion poll prediction only the second phase of the Uttar Pradesh Elections. The ‘Final Opinion Poll’ survey of ‘TV9 Bharatvarsh’ had predicted a majority of 205-221 seats for BJP and 144-158 seats for Samajwadi Party in the 2022 UP elections. The ‘TV9 Bharatvarsh’ opinion poll survey results show Samajwadi Party in the second place after the BJP in the 2022 UP elections. Hence, the claim made in the post is MISLEADING.
When we searched to check whether the ‘TV9 Bharatvarsh’ had telecast any such opinion poll prediction, we found that the screenshot shared in the post was taken from a video published by ‘TV9 Bharatvarsh’ on 07 February 2022. This video reported the opinion poll predictions for the second phase of the Uttar Pradesh Elections. This ‘TV9 Bharatvarsh’ opinion poll survey predicted that the Samajwadi Party would win more seats than BJP in the second phase of UP elections. But this is not the opinion poll survey results for all the phases of the UP elections.
