A married woman, with the help of her husband and police, thrashed the youth who allegedly harassed her by sending vulgar or lewd messages. The accused was a Muslim named Mohammed Mudasir. But the incident is old and has nothing to do with the recently released film, ‘The Kerala Story’. Hence, the claim made in the post is Misleading.
On reverse image search of the screenshots of the video, a video with similar visuals was found published by the ‘NEWJ’ media channel on 25 September 2020. This news channel reported it as the visuals of a man being thrashed for sending vulgar messages to a woman in Madikeri town in Karnataka.

As per the reports, a married woman, with the help of her husband and police, red-handedly caught the youth who allegedly harassed her by sending obscene messages to her phone. The woman thrashed the accused with her footwear and later police reportedly arrested the accused. The accused was a Muslim named Mohammed Mudasir, who used to work in a mobile shop in Madikeri. But the incident is three-year-old, and has nothing to do with the recently released film ‘The Kerala Story’.
