Fact: The twitter account ‘@manmohan_5’ seen in the image is not the official account of Manmohan Singh, the former Prime Minister of India. Manmohan Singh does not hold an official account on twitter. Hence, the claim made in the post is FALSE.

When the image in the post is seen clearly, one can see that the account ‘@manmohan_5’ is not the official account of Manmohan Singh, the former Prime Minister of India. In fact, when one tries to open that handle, it is shown that the ‘account doesn’t exist’.

Earlier, when a few similar tweets were falsely attributed to Manmohan Singh, Saral Patel, National Convener of Congress Social Media Department tweeted that both Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi do not hold an account on Twitter, and when they decide to come on Twitter, they will have a verified Twitter account. He urged people to not follow fake accounts.
