Fact: While one video is a simulation video created using software, the other video is being shared on the internet at least since 2017. Both the videos are not related to Cyclone Nivar. Hence the claim made in the post is FALSE.
When the screenshots of the video were run through Yandex Reverse Image Search, the same video was found to be uploaded by multiple users in May 2020. Those posts can be found here and here. So, the video is not related to the cyclone Nivar. Also, a similar video was posted with the title – ‘Tornado CGI simulation (Cinema 4D TurbulenceFD)’, by ‘Alexandru Dineci’ on YouTube in December 2018.
He has also posted the breakdown video on his YouTube account, which can be seen here. So, it not a real tornado video.
