Claim: Video shows people demanding the recounting of votes in Bihar and protesting against CM Nitish, PM Modi, and the ECI.

Fact: The video is on the internet at least since October 2020 and was shared previously in the context of violence in Munger. As the video was taken before the declaration of Bihar Assembly Election results on 10 November 2020, it is not related to any protest against the election results. Hence the claim made in the post is FALSE.

When the screenshots of the video were run through Google Reverse Image Search, the same video was found to be on the internet at least since 29 October 2020. Multiple users have posted the video in the context of violence in Munger. News reports regarding the Munger incident can be read here and here. Also, many users have posted similar videos on the internet in relation to Munger incident.

We could not find the exact location of the video. But, as the video was taken before the declaration of Bihar Assembly Election results on 10 November 2020, it can be concluded that the posted video is not related to any protest against the election results. Some news channels have reported that RJD party workers have protested in Arrah against the results. Those videos can be watched here and here.

To sum it up, an unrelated old video is falsely shared as people demanding the recounting of votes in Bihar.
