Fact: This incident occurred during the Dussehra celebrations in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. According to Dainik Bhaskar, the Jabalpur Police, while running a special campaign against the nuisance and ruckus created by miscreants during the Navratri festival, punished them so that the rioters took an oath that they would never do such an act again.’ Hence, the claim made in the post is MISLEADING.
