A disturbing video of dead bodies being washed ashore is being shared on Facebook with the claim that some countries are throwing COVID-19 infected dead bodies into the seas. FACTLY has found that the video is five years old. In August 2014, a boat with African migrants has sunk off the Libyan coast on its way to Europe. The video shows dead bodies of those victims being washed ashore onto a beach in Libya.
