When an Instagram user has recently shared the same video with a similar description, another user responded to the post and said that the man seen batting in the video is former cricketer Yograj Singh. On searching for this video using keywords, the same video was found posted on the official Instagram handle of Yograj Singh. Former cricketer and Yuvraj’s Singh father Yograj Singh shared this video on 14 March 2022.

In 2013, during the inauguration of a new cricket stadium in Rajkot, PM Modi tried his hand at batting. Narendra Modi shared a picture of his batting pose on his Facebook page on 06 January 2013.
