The viral video is an excerpt of this news debate, in which at the end of the news debate, two of the panelists get into a brawl. With this, it is evident that the viral video has nothing to do with BJP or for that matter India.
Further, there are no recent reports of BJP leaders getting into a brawl in news debates.
