Fact: The lady seen kissing Nehru in the picture was Jawaharlal Nehru’s niece Nayantara Sehgal. The picture was taken when Nehru landed at London Airport in 1955. So, the post is MISLEADING.

This picture was taken when Nehru arrived at London airport in 1955 and can be seen in the video recording (0:27 sec) of British Pathé, a vintage producer of newsreels and documentaries. In the video, Mr. Nehru was greeted by United Kingdom Prime Minister Sir Anthony Eden and there was no Mohd. Ali Jinnah in the video.
