Fact: Photo shared in the post is the morphed version of the original photo. In the original picture, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav stood on the tricolour podium during a rally at Jahanabad. Hence, the claim made in the post is FALSE.

This photo in the post shared in response to a tweet posted by the official Twitter account of Rashtriya Lok Samta Party (RLSP). In the tweet, they shared a photo of RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav standing on a similar tricolour podium as shown in the post. On observing carefully, we can see a similar group of men in the background in both these photos.

On reverse image search of the photo shared in the RLSP party tweet, we found the same visual in a video posted by ‘News Tak’ channel on ‘22 October 2020’. In the video, it is mentioned that the RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav insulted Indian flag by standing on the tricolour podium. This incident took place during an election rally in Jahanabad on ‘21 October 2020’. So, it can be concluded that the photo of PM Narendra Modi standing on the tricolour podium is a morphed one.

In response to the same tweet posted by RLSP party, few users also shared the morphed picture of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar standing on the same tricolour podium. Ahead of Bihar elections these morphed photos going viral on social media.
