We ran a reverse image search using the viral image and found news reports by Global Times, France24 and Africa News featuring these train accident visuals.
According to these reports, at least 72 people were injured when two trains of ‘National Company of Tunisian Railways’ collided on 21 March 2022 in the south of Tunisia’s capital Tunis.
However, it should be noted that Tunisia is an African country, not a European nation. Moreover, the image shows a train damaged due to collision with another train and not with cattle.
