Fact: This video shows BJP supporters attacking a TRS MLA’s house in Telangana. On 31 January 2021, BJP supporters in Telangana attacked the Parakal TRS MLA Challa Dharma Reddy’s residence against his remarks on the Ayodhya Ram Mandir fundraising drive. This incident has nothing to do with West Bengal. Hence, the claim made in the post is False.
On reverse image search of screenshots in the video, we found the same video published on ‘Latestly’ YouTube channel. This video was published on YouTube with the title ‘BJP workers arrested for pelting stones, Attacking TRS MLA residence in Warangal, Telangana’. This attack reportedly took place on 31 January 2021, against the Parkal TRS MLA Challa Dharma Reddy’s remarks against the Ayodhya Ram temple fundraising drive.
