Fact: AajTak has not made any such tweet. They clarified the same through a Facebook post. Further, there are no recent incidents of BJP apologising to the Gandhi family or Congress party in a court. If at all any such incident would have taken place in any part of the country, media would have reported it but we could not find any such reports. Hence, the claim made in the post is FALSE.
We could not find any such tweet on AajTak’s official Twitter timeline. Though tweets can be deleted, and the technical nuances make the image of the purported tweet look like a real tweet, there are high chances of it being digitally morphed because, if at all any such incident of BJP apologising to Gandhi family/Congress party in a court takes place in any part of the country, media would have reported it. But there are no such media reports. Hence, there is no reason for Aajtak to tweet about an incident which did take place.
