A video going viral on social media (here, here, and here) shows a school with several children in uniform when a group of armed men is seen forcibly taking a man away. Some individuals attempt to intervene, but the armed men threaten them. The video is being shared with the claim that it depicts the kidnapping of a government school teacher for a forced marriage. Let’s verify the truth behind the video in this article.

Claim: This video shows a government school teacher being kidnapped for a forced marriage in Begusarai, Bihar.
Fact: The video does not show a real teacher being kidnapped for a forced marriage in Begusarai, Bihar. It is a scene from the shooting of a film titled Pakdaua Biyha, which was filmed at Dularpur Math Madhya Vidyalaya in Begusarai. Visuals from the location clearly show people holding cameras, confirming that it was a staged shoot. The local school principal stated that no official permission was taken for the shoot, and authorities have ordered an inquiry. While cases of forced marriage have been reported in Bihar in the past, this video is not related to any of them and does not show real visuals. Hence, the claim made in the post is MISLEADING.

The caption stated that the video is from the shooting of a film titled Pakdaua Biyha. In this video, several individuals can be seen holding cameras, suggesting a film shooting setup.
