A further keyword search on the internet led us to a news report on this incident published by ‘Sky News Arabia on their official YouTube channel. This video is titled in Arabic and translates to ‘Israel. Injuries in clashes in the occupied Golan between protesters and the Israeli police
Furthermore, these clashes have reportedly (here and here) occurred as the people in the Syrian Golan Heights opposed the establishment of Wind Turbines on their land.
