To learn more details about the viral video, we searched the internet to know if any credible media outlets have reported on such a decision taken by the Greater Chennai Corporation. But, we did not find any such reports stating that digital signboards for traffic violators will be installed soon in Chennai
Then, we performed a reverse image search on a few keyframes of the viral video, which led us to an Instagram post containing the same video. This post described it as a CGI concept video created by @riggedindian.
