2017 video of a drunk policeman falsely shared as an incident after lifting of lockdown restrictions on liquor shops


A video of a policeman in the inebriated condition is being widely shared on social media with a claim that the incident took place recently after the government allowed the opening of liquor shops, which were closed due to the complete lockdown in the country. FACTLY has found the video to be of an incident in 2017. The video shows Faizabad Police (Uttar Pradesh) taking a drunk police constable with them after receiving information about him from the public.
