Fact: The video shared in the post shows the visuals from a play portraying the Samudra Manthan episode in Hindu mythology. This play was performed in December 2021, in the Bijepur district of Orissa. The video shows a giant snake toy that was used to portray Vasuki, the snake that was used as the rope for the churning of the cosmic ocean. The video does not show a real snake. Hence, the claim made in the post is FALSE.

On reverse image search of the screenshots in the video, a video with similar visuals was found published by a YouTube channel in December 2021, with the title, “Sagar manthan PADA BIJEPUR”. The video shows the visuals of a play or drama portraying the Samudra Manthan episode of Hindu mythology.

Several news channels have published the same video in December 2021, reporting it as the visuals from the Samudra Manthan drama portrayed during a Laxmi puja in Bijepur.
