Due to the lack of plates available for the massive crowd gathered at the Golla-Kuruma meeting, some of the people who attended the meeting ate on carton straps. The video does not show visuals from a BJP meeting. Hence, the claim made in the post is FALSE.
On reverse image search of the screenshots of the video, a video with similar visuals was found tweeted by a journalist on 27 October 2022. This journalist reported it as the visuals from the Golla-Kuruma caste meeting organised by the TRS party ahead of the Munugode bye-poll. BSP Telangana leader R.S. Praveen Kumar also tweeted the same video.

Because of a massive crowd gathered for this meeting, organisers could not control the crowd and a section of the people ate on carton straps due to the lack of plates.
