The man seen in the photo is not Randal Jeffries and the story shared in the article does not report a real incident. Hence, the claim made in the post is FALSE.
On searching for the details of the incident using keywords on Google, we found that this news report was first published by the ‘Daily News Reported’ website on 24 December 2021. But no other mainstream news website has published articles reporting this news on their website. If any such incident had taken place, several news websites would have published articles or videos reporting the incident. Also, we could not find a single article mentioning a person named Randal Jeffries.
When we searched for further details on the ‘Daily News Reported’ website, it is found out that the ‘Daily News Reported’ is a satirical publication that publishes only fictional & satirical stories on its website.
