This video is shared on Rahul Gandhi’s official YouTube channel, and the video is of Rahul Gandhi’s speech addressing the OBC Sammelan which was held in New Delhi back in 2018.
In the video, Rahul Gandhi was actually referring to a conversation between him and an NDA MP which happened at the Loksabha Sabha corridors during which the MP called himself the biggest fool in the country for supporting Narendra Modi.
