Fact: The video shared in the post is circulating on social media at least since August 2021. Several Facebook users shared the video describing it as visuals of Raja Singh having breakfast inside the Nampally court in Hyderabad. The Cherlapalli Jail authorities have issued a press note and clarified that the viral video was not shot inside the premises of Cherlapalli jail. Hence, the claim made in the post is MISLEADING.
On reverse image search of the screenshots of the video, a video with similar visuals was found posted by a social media user recently on Facebook. This Facebook user mentioned it as an old video of MLA Raja Singh having breakfast inside the Nampally court in Hyderabad. A few other users have also shared this video recently with a similar description.
When we searched for further details using these keywords, we found that several social media users have posted this video in August 2021. A few of those posts can be seen here, here and here. Sharing the video, these users mentioned that Goshamahal MLA Raja Singh was attending the court four days a week from morning to evening because of the alleged false cases filed by the ruling government in Telangana.
