Fact: The video shows an anti-war group confronting Biden for his past support for Iraq war. However, Biden was not elected as President when the incident took place. He was campaigning for the Presidential election. Hence, the claim made in the post is MISLEADING.
The video indeed shows Joe Biden being confronted by a war veteran over support for Iraq war. However, this incident took place much before Joe Biden was elected as US President.
Google search with relevant keywords yielded multiple news reports that reported the same video (here, here & here). These reports date back to March 2020 and as per these reports, during a campaign event in Oakland, California on 03 March 2020, Biden was confronted by an anti-war group.
Michael Thurman, a war veteran questioned Biden for his past support for Iraq war. Biden was campaigning for the Presidential election when the confrontation took place.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2002, Joe Biden was one of the senators who supported the then President George W. Bush to use force in Iraq.
Although the video shows Biden being questioned by a civilian, he was not the President at that point, as claimed in the viral post.
