It is difficult and unfair to judge these cases and to conclude which of these cases are booked for doing a dharna etc. But we should all demand that the investigation be completed and decision taken in such cases within a fixed time frame like an year. It is also pertinent to note that the Union Home Secretary has also written to all states in 2014 to fast track criminal trials against sitting MLAs & MPs based on a supreme court directive.

really good information, where can I find the pending cases list for all the elected members of the parliament of India.
You would get that information from the Myneta website (http://myneta.info/). But it will not be in the form we put it here. We will try to put a similar list on MPs also.
