Fact: The image is that of a Lebanese girl who took part in the Muharrum ritual ‘Ashura’ in 2005. Hence, the claim is FALSE.
When the image in the post was subjected to Google reverse image search technique, many search results of it were obtained. In the search results, it can be found that ‘Jafariya News’ has published an article about ‘Ashura observed with bloodstreams to mark Karbala tragedy’ and the same image can be seen in the article along with many other images. From the article, it was found that the image is that of a Lebanese girl who took part in the Muharram ritual ‘Ashura’ in 2005.
To conclude, an image of a ‘Lebanese’ girl who participated in a Muharram ritual in 2005 is being falsely shared as that of a Kashmiri girl.
