Fact: While the image of dogs surrounding the dead body of the person who fed them regularly is true, the corpse is not of a Gujarati man named Pappu Shukla. It is of a Yemen citizen named Isamial Hadi who fed the dogs daily. Hence the claim made in the post is MISLEADING.
Reverse image search of the photo in the post led us to an Arabic news article which carried a similar image as that in the post. According to the article, the corpse is of a homeless Yemeni man Ismail Hadi and he used to feed the dogs which are surrounding his corpse daily.
