Fact: The statements of Rahul Gandhi about providing farming lands on the moon and bringing back potatoes to Gujarat were taken out of context from his election speech in Gujarat in 2017. In the full video, Rahul Gandhi can be heard attributing those imaginary statements to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Hence the claim made in the post is FALSE.

The video is of Rahul Gandhi addressing the people of Patan ahead of the Gujarat Elections-2017. In the full video, Rahul Gandhi discusses the hardships faced by various communities in Gujarat like farmers, businessmen etc., and also the government’s apathy in providing employment opportunities to the youth of the state. Rahul Gandhi also took a dig at PM Modi’s promises and his ‘demonetisation’ move. In the full video, the context of the statements that Rahul Gandhi has made in the video clip can be heard from 19:58 duration. Rahul Gandhi says–‘Modi ji says..
