On performing reverse image search of the key frames of the viral video, we found the same video posted by several news channels on YouTube (here and here). These visuals are from 2019 when former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan broke down when his adopted daughter, Bharti Verma died. Several news reports carried the details of this incident stating that Bharti Verma died while she was being treated for body weakness (here and here).
