Fact: The viral video does not show a real ‘Love Jihad’ incident. It is a scene from a film shoot. The account that originally posted the video is from Karachi, Pakistan, and the clip is linked to a film titled The Tea Man. Behind-the-scenes videos and the film’s poster confirm that the visuals are part of a film shoot, not a real incident. Hence, the claim made in the post is FALSE.
Upon closely reviewing the viral video, we noticed that the two men are acting, as a cameraman and fake blood are visible, with some details obscured by the text in the viral clip.
A reverse image search of keyframes from the viral video led us to the same clip uploaded on the Instagram handle sarfaraz_mughal77 on 14 December 2025, with the caption, “The tea man…☕ #reelsviralシ #foryoupageシ #foryou #reelschallenge”.
Upon reviewing the handle, we found that the page bio states it is a content creator’s account from Karachi, Pakistan. We also found another video featuring the same man, where the caption mentions that it is a thriller scene from an upcoming big movie. Additionally, he has posted another behind-the-scenes video on his Facebook handle, showing the same background as seen in the viral video.
We also found the poster of the film “The Tea Man” and several behind-the-scenes videos of the film, which can be seen here, here, here, and here. This confirms that the viral video does not show a real incident and is part of a staged shoot.
To sum up, a video from a Pakistani film shoot is being shared as showing a real ‘Love Jihad’ incident.
