A keyword search regarding recent speeches of Priyanka Gandhi led us to a video of her speech at the Mahila Samridhi Sammelan held at Bhilai, Chhattisgarh published on the Indian National Congress YouTube channel on 21 September 2023. The same video was published on Priyanka Gandhi’s YouTube channel.
We observed that the video was clipped at different time stamps and made viral. A twenty-seven-minute video is clipped from 16:25 to 16:56 and from 17:11 to 17:22 and altered. In the speech, she said that ‘there is one type of leader who runs for power. They are ambitious and they yearn for power to increase their respect, they want to collect money and build big palaces. But there is another type of leader too, those who seek power to do good for the people.
