A photo is being shared widely on social media with a claim that Modi dressed grandly on his visit to a hospital recently despite the COVID-19 pandemic in the country. FACTLY has found that the photo is two years old. It was taken in 2017 in Sri Lanka when PM Modi inaugurated Dickoya Glengairan Hospital.
