Fact: The video is not related to PM Modi’s birthday. It was taken in 2017 when Modi visited Israel. The video shows Israel PM Benjamin Netanyahu and PM Modi drinking water which was filtered by a mobile water filtration plant in Israel. Hence the claim made in the post is FALSE.
When searched on the internet with some keywords, a similar video was found to be uploaded by ‘ANI News Official’ on their YouTube channel in July 2017. In the description of the video, the following text can be read – ‘Prime Minister Narendra Modi was given a demonstration of a mobile water filtration plant at the Dor beach in Israel’s Haifa on Thursday. PM Modi was also accompanied by his Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu and they both were seen drinking the filtered water at the plant’. The photos of the event were also posted by ‘ANI’ on their official Twitter account.
Also, a similar video was tweeted by Israel PM Benjamin Netanyahu on 6 July 2017. The birthday of PM Modi is in September whereas the video was taken in July 2017. So, the video is not related to his birthday.
