Claim: Modi is the son of Asaram Bapu

Fact: No such newspaper article claiming Modi as the son of Asaram Bapu was found. It is a digitally created one. Hence, the claim made is FALSE.

When googled for any news regarding “Modi is Asaram’s son”, no information is found either in the print or the broadcasting media. In the newspaper clip, it was mentioned that Dr. Martin Sijo held a press conference and revealed shocking facts about the identity of Modi’s father. As Modi is the Prime Minister of a country, no such conference goes unnoticed without any media coverage. In the post, it is also said that Dr. Martin Sijo is an American DNA expert, but no search results were found with his name. So, the newspaper clip in the Facebook post is a fake one.

Earlier this year, a similar newspaper clip was in circulation with similar claims on Rahul Gandhi, which was later on proved to be false. So, this newspaper clip on Rahul Gandhi is now edited and circulated in the name of Narendra Modi.

Hence, the newspaper article clip claiming Modi as the son of Asaram Bapu is a fake one.
