A video circulating on social media (here, here, here) shows a verbal altercation between two people during an official meeting. The posts claim that the individuals involved are a BJP Member of Parliament (MP) and a District Magistrate who are seen arguing with each other. Let us verify this claim.

Claim: The video shows a verbal altercation between a BJP Member of Parliament and a District Magistrate.
Fact: The incident occurred in Rajasthan and involved a clash between Udaipur Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) MP Manna Lal Rawat and Banswara–Dungarpur Bharatiya Adivasi Party (BAP) MP Rajkumar Roat during a District Development Committee meeting. Hence, the claim made in the post is MISLEADING.
When we performed a reverse image search on keyframes from the viral video, we found the same visuals in a YouTube video uploaded by Lallantop titled “मीटिंग के बीच BJP MP Manna Lal Rawat, MP Rajkumar Roat, MLA Umesh Damor की शर्मनाक बहस, धमकी दे डाली.” The incident occurred in Rajasthan and involved a clash between Udaipur Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) MP Manna Lal Rawat and Banswara–Dungarpur Bharatiya Adivasi Party (BAP) MP Rajkumar Roat while discussing a meeting’s agenda.

Further keyword searches led us to multiple news reports (here, here, here) about the incident. The reports state that a heated argument broke out between Bharatiya Adivasi Party (BAP) MP Rajkumar Roat and BJP MP Manna Lal Rawat during a District Development Committee meeting in Dungarpur, Rajasthan. During the meeting attended by elected representatives and district officials, Rajkumar Roat raised issues related to tribal communities. Manna Lal Rawat opposed this, insisting that the discussion be limited to the scheduled agenda.

To sum up, a video showing a clash between two MPs in Rajasthan is falsely shared as a fight between an MP and a District Magistrate.
