In response to a question in the Rajya Sabha, the government has shared the list of authorized private booking websites offering the service of e-ticketing for reserved tickets of Indian Railways.
These authorized agents are bound by certain rules & regulations. Those who violate rules are blacklisted. The list of blacklisted agents can be found on the IRCTC website.
