The original video shows Shivraj Singh Chouhan watching the live visuals of PM Narendra Modi interacting with the people of MP’s Betul district, as part of the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme in June 2021. The visuals seen on the television show old visuals of a police lathi charge on unemployed youth in Bhopal and another old incident of a tribal being dragged by a car on the suspicion of theft.
