We fact-check this claim through this article.

Fact: This video in question is not a real incident but a scripted one. It was uploaded by a YouTuber named Kanhaiya Singh, who clearly stated in the video’s disclaimer that it was created for ‘entertainment’ purposes. Hence, the claim made in the post is False.
During our verification process, we noticed a disclaimer that appeared in the viral video at around the 0:07 mark bearing the name ‘Kanhaiya Singh.’ Taking this as a hint, we conducted an internet search using relevant keywords related to ‘Kanhaiya Singh’ and looked for his social media profiles.
Through this search, we found the YouTube account of ‘Kanhaiya Singh.’ On this YouTube channel, he uploads scripted fictional videos (here and here). The videos on his channel bear a disclaimer card similar to the one seen in the viral video.
But, we did not find the viral video on this channel. Based on how his name ‘Kanhaiya Singh’ appears along with the disclaimer card in his videos and the nature of the uploads, we suspected he could have created the viral video, so we performed another internet search to check if he had any other channels. This time, we searched the internet using keywords framed around his name, ‘Kanhaiya Singh.’ This led us to his other YouTube channel, ‘Kanhaiya Singh Shorts.’ As suspected, he uploaded this video on this channel on 7 September 2024.
In this video, he also added the same disclaimer, saying that this video was created only for ‘entertainment purposes.’ The people featured in this video also acted in other videos on the same channel; you can see them here and here.
To sum up, a fictional video is being shared on social media with the claim that it shows a real incident of a Muslim man marrying his daughter.
