Claim: Video of a girl harassed by men inside a bus in Delhi.
Fact: This is a scripted video made by a social media content creator named Aman Beniwal. It does not show any real incident from Delhi. Hence, the claim made in the post is False.
To check the veracity of the viral claim, we ran a keyword search on the internet and found a few posts (here, here, and here) that contained visuals from the viral video. One of the posts contained a watermark on the video that said ‘Full video:- beniwal.’
Taking this as a hint, we performed a keyword search and found the original video on Aman Beniwal’s YouTube channel.
This video contains a disclaimer, which appears at the 0:27 timestamp. We found that Aman uploads such scripted videos on YouTube. You can find these videos here and here. On his Facebook page, Aman mentioned that he is a ‘Digital Creator.’
To sum up, this video of men harassing a girl inside a Delhi bus is scripted and does not depict a real incident.
