The accompanying descriptions of these videos indicated that it was the second edition of the ‘Cycle Plank Balance’ competition conducted in Kapilvastu, Nepal. The competition was reportedly organized by the Lions Club of Kapilvastu, and the winner was mentioned as Manik Shreshta.
