In that document, it can be found that the news regarding the declaration of PM Narendra Modi as the best Prime Minister in the world is one of the favorite rumors.
This misinformation about PM Modi is not new. The same news was viral 3 years ago and now as the elections are in progress, it is being re-circulated again.

If he was not declared the best PM , than I declare that he is the best political leader without any doubt and there will be none born in future.
