Fact: The image in the post is a photoshopped one. In the original image, there is no map behind Kanhaiya Kumar. So, the claim is FALSE.
When the image in the post is subjected to Google reverse image search technique, a link of ‘The Hindu’ article was obtained in the search results. The article had a similar image, but there was no map behind Kanaiah Kumar.
In the search results, a video was also obtained and in the video, Kanhaiya Kumar can be seen giving a speech with the same shirt on and also, holding a pen in his right hand as seen in the image posted. But in that video, no map can be seen in the background during his entire speech. So, the image in the post is a photoshopped one.
