Many of you might have received that customary message from your Telecom Service Provider about discounted and free SMS rates not being valid on certain days. But what are the rules that govern these days? Can they have as many days as they want? The answer lies in the definition of Black Out days as defined by The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) that each service provider cannot have more than a maximum of 5 such black out days.
