It was created by a digital content creator named Anvesh Patel from Hyderabad, Telangana. He captured those shots during his visit to the 2025 Prayagraj Maha Kumbh. We also observed that he frequently posts aerial views of Hyderabad city with the audio of a flight pilot. Hence, the claim made in the post is FALSE.
