A video (here, here, here and here) is going viral on social media showing a scene from a hospital where a woman is holding twin babies with black hair and dark skin, while the man beside her refuses to accept them as his children. The video is being shared as real, with some posts claiming that the woman had once visited Uttar Pradesh. Let’s find out the truth behind this video.

Claim: The hospital video shows a man arguing with his wife after she gave birth to twin babies with dark skin, and the father refuses to accept them.
Fact: The video is AI-generated. It was found with AI watermarks, and an AI detection tool verified it as 100% AI-generated. No real incident matching this claim was reported. Hence, the claim is FALSE.
To find the truth, we conducted a keyword search to check if any such incident had occurred anywhere, including in the US, as some posts claimed, or if it had any connection to Uttar Pradesh, India. However, we did not find any credible reports or news related to this event.
To trace the origin of the video, we conducted a reverse image search and found the same clip was uploaded on multiple platforms bearing a watermark of InVideo, an AI video creation tool. We also came across several uploads explicitly captioned as AI-generated (here and here). Another version of the same video carried the watermark br_ai_ded, a popular TikTok account known for posting AI-generated content, with the text “AI generated” visible at the bottom. Upon checking the br_ai_ded profile, we found the same video uploaded on both their TikTok and YouTube accounts, along with several other AI-generated videos, including similar hospital scenes (here, here and here).
To further verify, we ran the video through Hive Moderation, an AI detection tool. The analysis showed that the video is 100% likely to be AI-generated, confirming that it is not real but created using artificial intelligence.
To sum up, the video showing a white couple with black twin babies is falsely shared as a real incident. In reality, it is AI-generated.
