A video (here, here, here, here and here) claiming to show a tiger attacking a bike rider and dragging him into the forest inside Madhav Tiger Reserve (National Park) is going viral on social media. Let’s find the truth behind this video.
Claim: The video shows a tiger attacking and dragging a bike rider inside Madhav Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh.
Fact: The viral video is AI-generated. It contains multiple visual inconsistencies, Hive AI detection flagged it as 98.6% likely AI-generated, and forest authorities confirmed that no such tiger attack occurred in Madhav Tiger Reserve. Therefore, the claim is FALSE.
To verify the claim, we first conducted a keyword search using relevant terms to check whether any such attack had taken place at Madhav Tiger Reserve. However, no credible reports of such an incident were found. For further confirmation, we contacted the Madhav Tiger Reserve office, where the Field Director stated that no such incident had been reported from the reserve. This rules out the possibility that the viral video is from Madhav Tiger Reserve.
